Performance appraisals are conducted on an annual cycle. Exempt employees will receive an evaluation in June and Non-exempt employees will receive a performance review in December of each year. The performance appraisal will be discussed, and both the employee and manager will sign the form to ensure that all strengths, areas for improvement and job goals for the next review period have been clearly communicated.
